The German Biotech Days bring together entrepreneurs with scientists and partners from politics, investors, funding institutions and administration.
Biosaxony the regional host for the German Biotechnology Days 2026, is therefore very much looking forward to welcoming you and many hundreds more from Germany, Europe, and overseas to Leipzig. The InfectoGnostics research campus in Jena will be supporting Saxony in this endeavor.
From gene and cell therapy, antibiotic resistance, metabolic profiling and animal health to green farming, synthetic biology, financing and geopolitics: altogether 17 sessions in the main program offer 1,100 minutes covering the entire spectrum of biotechnology topics. We are also delighted to welcome back sessions of the federal research and economics’ ministries.
Dorothee Bär, the Federal Minister of Research, has already confirmed her participation. We are planning political and industry discussion panels, a science slam, start-up pitches and much more.
