Being lytic is the feature of a bacteriophage leading to the destruction (lysis) of the host cell upon infection.
The first ICPerMed Conference "Personalised Medicine in Action" will take place on 20-21 November 2018 at the dbb forum in Berlin, Germany. The main focus of this conference is to present best practice examples of successful implementation of personalised medicine approaches. This is complemented by high-level keynote talks addressing different aspects of personalised medicine.
Best Practice: Research and Implementation
In these sessions, successful examples for translation of personalised medicine research into an added value for the patient will be presented. This will be done in a comprehensive approach, giving room for representatives of all relevant steps to describe their views and experiences, e.g. researchers, clinicians, payers, patients.
Best Practise: Policy Making
These sessions will encompass presentations on best practise examples for policy making and impact analysis on personalised medicine research from ICPerMed member countries.
Key Note Lectures
For broader perspective, the best practice examples will be complemented by high-level key note talks on different aspects of personalised medicine.
The conference will start in the morning of November 20 at 9:00 AM and will finish on November 21 at 2:00 PM. It will be complemented by a conference dinner in the evening of November 20.
