The World Health Summit is one of the world’s most prominent forums for Global Health and draws interna- tional experts from academia, politics, the private sector, and civil society to Berlin. The conference takes place within an atmosphere of academic freedom and is the premiere platform for exploring strategic developments and decisions in the area of healthcare. The World Health Summit was founded in 2009 on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Berlin’s Charité Hospital.
