„Dosing GmbH develops medical products and medical software solutions for healthcare professionals with passion and commitment such as AiDKlinik®, Flycicle Vision® and MIA Service®. The company is well established in the E-health market and has extensive experience in the field of drug therapy safety, clinical decision support software and clinical checking. As of May 2021, Dosing has been part of the Dedalus Group - a leading international healthcare provider.
 
Originally developed in-house, the module-based drug information system AiDKlinik® has been in use throughout the Heidelberg University Hospital since 2003. With the spin-off of Dosing GmbH in 2006, it was possible to offer AiDKlinik® to the German hospital market as well. Today, the clinical decision support system is being used successfully in over 250 hospitals, including almost half of the university hospitals in Germany.
 
The solutions of Dosing GmbH supply drug information in a very user-friendly manner during the course of treatment - AiDKlinik® was one of the first programs of its kind.
 
In cooperation with the Heidelberg University Hospital, Dosing GmbH is also building up an image database of pills, capsules, suppositories, and transdermal patches and collecting data on suspensibility and tube passability. This data is delivered to ABDATA Pharma-Daten-Service, one of the largest market data suppliers in Germany.“
