Germany’s Hotspot for Biotech Visionaries and Decision Makers
The German Biotech Days bring together entrepreneurs with scientists and partners from politics, investors, funding institutions and administration. The event is the national forum for the German and international biotechnology industry.
Save the Date: 21 and 22 April | Leipzig
Located in the east of Germany and yet central, Leipzig has both an international airport and an ICE train station. Just under 200 km from Berlin, it is still in the extended radius of the capital city. Biotechnology clusters in Dresden, Erfurt and Prague are well interlinked and accessible and allow for supra-regional cooperation.
The Leipzig region is one of the top addresses for life sciences both nationally and globally. With its diverse cluster of bioeconomy, life sciences, healthcare industry, biotechnology, medical technology, pharmaceutical industry, bioinformatics and pharmaceutical and medical logistics, the rapidly growing location covers an almost comprehensive spectrum of the industry and its sub-sectors.
After a successful premiere as DBT host in 2016, the event is returning to Leipzig after 10 years.
